We believe a diverse and inclusive multicultural Australia will create a more prosperous and vibrant society for everyone. So Change Inc specialises in humanitarian and migrant settlement, and community capacity building and development for young people, women and other migrants.
Connecting Skills
Connecting Skills is the project of So Change Inc designed to enhance the employment outcomes of migrants and refugees living in Australia. Project aim is to overcome the common barriers to employment faced by migrants and refugees through schemes like advisory services, information sessions, short courses and work placements program.
Basant Festival
Every year So Change Inc organize the Basant Festival to mark the coming of spring – a time historically favoured for new beginnings. The Festival aims to showcase the diversity of Multicultural West Australian music, food, arts & culture and bringing people together in celebration of life itself.

NDIS Provider
So Change Inc is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider and partners with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) background people having disabilities and their carers/families to raise awareness about disability services and accessible resources, in their communities.
Fundraise for us
We love all types of fundraising – nothing is too big or small and we appreciate all your efforts in supporting people migrating to Australia. Fundraising can be lots of fun and very rewarding with a little effort and lots of enthusiasm!
